A business owner we admire : MJ Deziel, The Regulars

MJ and I met a few years back. She was my hairdresser, and I was an in house recruiter. Every month, we would tell each other stories on how we were planning our future and how cool it would be to each start our own things.

Month after month, our ideas became projects, and recently, MJ started a cool project : theregulars.co .

Her goal is clear : offer employers cool benefits for their employees : haircuts at work. Not only that, she comes with a complete set up and payment system that make it very simple for any business to offer a cool cut to their employees. MJ has a pretty cool team of skilled hairdressers that move around town! Kinda like the superheros of hair.

MJ already has some pretty cool clients in Montreal : Ubisoft, WeWork, Gsoft, Cirque du Soleil, to name a few, and she is planning an expansion in other cities. How cool is that?

I feel so motivated when I meet fellow business owners that decided to follow their passions and dreams and make it their reality.
