Having worked in SMEs for over 19 years, Sanmohini has explored and experimented with a wide range of HR services, giving her a strong versatility and a hands-on approach. She is also a certified coach from Concordia University since 2021—another skill in her arsenal that allows her to deeply understand the realities of entrepreneurs navigating increasingly complex and evolving industries. 

Her approach combines rigour, empathy, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of creative organizations. This combination will enable rhum to continue offering bold, tailored, and effective HR solutions.
