The HR consulting firm specializing in creativity and innovation, with offices in Montreal and Vancouver, is widening its service offering with customized workshops for managers, teams or individuals, proposing tailor-made solutions to meet their specific needs. Whether you're looking for targeted training, team-building, leadership development or professional coaching, rhum has the right answer. To find out more about this new service, visit the atelier rhum web page.

rhum is not new to training, coaching and talent development. Organically, its specialized team has contributed to developing many teams, including Cirque du Soleil over the years.

"For several years, rhum has been working with Cirque du Soleil to fill international positions and develop customized training for our managers. Their expertise in working with creative teams has enabled us to create memorable workshops that reflect who we are. We're delighted with this partnership, which allows us to focus on the essentials of our work," explains Dominic Randez, Senior Director, Global Partnerships and Talent Acquisition at Cirque du Soleil.

rhum has decided to formalize its approach and service offering in response to demand from an industry in the throes of transformation.

"The human resources sector, especially in the creative field, has had its ups and downs of late. We're proud to be able to support local companies and talent through projects that resonate around the world. We're also particularly pleased to be seen as the HR firm of choice for major players’’. - Pierre-Luc Labbée, CEO and founder.

To define and clarify its service offering, rhum has developed a framework in three distinct sections:

  • Hands: Technical skills learning experiences - to elevate the talent acquisition function, learn about the candidate experience, inclusive interviewing or a wide range of technical and HR skills.

  • Head: Learning experiences in soft skills and leadership - because being a leader, communicating well, giving feedback or navigating chaos isn't always easy in today’s landscape.

  • Heart: Experiences in coaching to elevate an individual or a team - be it individual or group coaching, psychometric testing, team building or executive retreats.
